We believe in hard work.

GYM5 is East Nashville’s original locally-owned and operated full-service fitness club. Located in the 5 Points small business district, we have provided our traditional brand of working out since 2006. We offer extensive strength and cardio equipment, group exercise classes, training camps and a large outdoor workout yard. Our membership rates are competitive and fit into three basic categories: single, joint, and corporate. GYM5 specializes in personal training while featuring multiple exercise rooms, outdoor turf, heavy bags, and more than 100 pieces of equipment throughout the 15,000 square foot indoor and outdoor workout space.

BOXING BOOT

Taught by Vinroy Barrett, Boxing Boot is a high impact workout featuring boxing and interval training, TRX suspension training, sport-specific drills, and classic weight lifting workouts with an additional emphasis on nutritional education. Each workout is designed to increase strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance while toning and shaping every muscle group in the body.

Cost: $300 first month

POWER LUNCH

This camp is designed to promote weight loss, increase strength, energy, flexibility and provide a full body workout. It's the ultimate win/win for efficient time management with its optional lunch from Calypso.

BOXING

Participants can expect a full body workout performing all types of boxing drills in this hour long class. It mixes practical boxing techniques with calorie killing cardio intervals. 

Like the rest of our classes, boxing is for all participant levels. Please bring your own gloves and wrist wraps. 

 

 

TRX CROSS-TRAINING

Intense circuits combining body weight, kettlebell and TRX exercises formulated to help you develop total body strength, endurance, balance, and coordination. 

SPIN CLASS

Indoor cycling at its best. A high intensity, low impact workout designed to incinerate calories while shaping and strengthening your legs and core. 

With the addition of our new spin room, this class has quickly become one of our more most popular programs. Please sign up at the front desk to reserve your bike, as class size is limited. 

 

 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This class is designed to increase general athletic performance by increasing speed, power, and endurance. From the tee box to the octagon, strength and conditioning will give you an edge.
