Adam Wright

Owner and part-time trainer specializing in strength training.

Jess

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Jess draws upon her experience as a competitive tennis player and runner to build strength and endurance with high intensity circuit training. She gives her clients the knowledge and confidence they need while also helping with the daily operations at GYM5.

Shaun

Shaun is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer specializing in sports conditioning. As a D1 college wrestler and professional MMA competitor, Shaun's training consists of traditional weight lifting and heavy cardio. He is also a great option for individual Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling instruction. 

molly

Molly is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, macronutrient coach, and is part of GYM5's management team. Her competitive fitness background and training style will yield results quickly from any fitness level.

joe

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Exercise Science. JB comes from a diverse sports background and emphasizes a clean and well balanced diet. He is a NPC national qualified fitness competitor and implements his training style while teaching the basic fundamentals of weight training and cardiovascular fitness. 

maryanne

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Maryanne is GYM5's senior manager and trainer. She has built a diverse client base that has one thing in common: they all get results. Whether you want to lose that extra baby weight, eliminate those problem areas in time for summer, or just need motivation to go to the gym, Maryanne will be a great fit.

Vinroy

NFPT Certified Personal Trainer. Vinroy comes from a professional boxing background and is a former WBF title holder. His style of training, shaped by his boxing history, mixes weight training with a big dose of boxing drills. Vinroy's clients always have fun during their intense workouts                                                            

Nick

Nick is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. As a touring musician and Jiu Jitsu competitor, he knows first-hand how to make realistic healthful choices when time is valuable and options are limited.
