GYM5 Classes

BOXING BOOT

Taught by Vinroy Barrett, Boxing Boot is a high impact workout featuring boxing and interval training, TRX suspension training, sport-specific drills, and classic weight lifting workouts with an additional emphasis on nutritional education. Each workout is designed to increase strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance while toning and shaping every muscle group in the body. This class meets 3 times a week.

Cost: $275 / month

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This is a sweaty outdoor class free to members designed to increase speed, power, and endurance. Strength & Conditioning is a cardio mix of kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and plyometric exercises.
